Peacefully passed away at home with her husband by her side on June 1, 2014 far too early at the age of 62. Beloved wife and high school sweetheart of Gary. Loving mother of Natalie and Amanda, son in laws Jason and Jeff. Dear Nana to James, Samantha and Richard. Eleanor will be greatly missed by her family and many friends. Gone but never forgotten the warmth she brought to all of our lives. A warm smile and her infectious laughter brought joy to everyone she met. As a workers’ advocate her concern and passion for those in need was always foremost in her mind. The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the staff at Mount Sinai Hospital.

Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave) Weston, on Tuesday from 7-9pm. A memorial service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday June 4, 2014 at 1pm. Cremation has taken place.
