Eileen Barnes

BARNES, Dorothy Eileen (nee Ravenhill) - February 22, 1925-September 2, 2009. Eileen's family regret her sudden passing. A lifelong friend of all she met. Eileen's work with the Girl Guides, Girl Scouts of America and Trefoil Guild were some of her loves. Eileen always had time to help others and never wanted to cause a fuss. She leaves her children Ian (Victoria), Janice (Mike) and Elizabeth (Danny), grandchildren Tristin, Daniel (Sandra), Deanna, Jennifer and Justin, great- grandchildren James Ian, Joanna and Jessie. Mom takes her knitting to be with her beloved Roy. She is sadly missed. Visitation at Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Rd. (north of Lawrence Ave.), Weston on Friday, September 4, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Ward Chapel on Saturday, September 5 at 11:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
