Passed away peacefully with his wife by his side on April 2, 2011 at the age of 54. Loving husband of Frances (nee Redican). Dear son of Stanley Aleksiun and step-mother Mary Gwiazda. Survived by his sister Joanna Aleksiun. Cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews, Edward will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Predeceased by his mother Leokadia
Family and friends will be received at the Assumption Cemetery chapel, 6933 Tomken Road, Mississauga on Thursday from 12-1 p.m. followed by a service in the chapel. Interment to follow.
