Edna Aldwell

With deep sadness the family announces the passing of Edna on Thursday, December 4th, 2014 at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital in her 87th year. Wife of the late Raymond Aldwell. Loving mother of Ruth (Dave), Christine (Glen) and Carolyn (the late John). Dear grandmother of Wayne, Scott, Brian, Derek, Colin and Amber. Great-grandmother of 13 and great- great-grandmother of 2. Sister of Norman Dowdle. A special thank you to O.T.M.H., Dr. Banks and staff of 4 West and 3 East. Friends will be received at Ward Funeral Home, 109 Reynolds Street, Oakville, on Thursday, December 11th from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. followed by funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Springcreek Cemetery, Clarkson. In memory, donations may be made to Canadian Diabetes Association or to the Celiac Society.
