Eda Scaini

SCAINI, Eda (nee Tersanelli) - Passed away peacefully in her 93rd year on January 12, 2010 at the Humber River Regional Hospital - Church Street location. Predeceased by her loving husband Elio. Loving mother of Robert (Marie) and Gloria. Dear Nonna of Allan (Trivea), Richard (Vikki) and Christopher (Frances) and great- Nonna to Shakira, Asher and Brooke. Beloved sister of Beatrice lannarilli. Dear aunt of the Scaini and Iannarilli families. She will forever remain in the hearts of her family. Appreciation is extended for the loving care over the years provided by the nursing staff and helpers at the Villa Colombo Nursing Home, particularly the 4th and 5th floor Fidani wing. Relatives and friends may call at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Avenue West), Weston, Ontario on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Ward Funeral Home Chapel on Monday at 10 a.m., followed by an interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Villa Charities.
