It is with a heavy heart that we announce the sudden passing of our loved one Eardley “Benny” Benskin, aged 76, on May 01, 2020 at Toronto Western Hospital. Benny was a retired porter of Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and past side person of St. Michaels and All Angels Church. Benny was born in St. Thomas, Barbados on November 24, 1943. Son of the late Ercil and Grenville Benskin. He is predeceased by four brothers and is the brother of Laban of Barbados, Evernese and Elaine of Toronto. Uncle of Andrew and Brian of Toronto; Carlos, Benjamin, Judy, Bradley and Wayne of Barbados. Very dear friend of Wendell, Astra, Anne, Claude, Pat,Grantley and numerous others….

Long known for his dependability, positive outlook on life, his compassion, kindness for those in need, and awesome sense of humor. Benny will be deeply missed by all.

Due to social distancing laws, there will be no advance viewing of the body. Only ten members of the immediate family are allowed to attend the service and grave side. The family grieves with you and respectfully request that you adhere to the restrictions in place.
