Douglas Topping

On January 1st 2019, Doug passed away peacefully at home, with his loving wife Jill by his side. A devoted father to Hilary Goodfellow (Cyle), and Mark (Emily Brewer), and brother to Marilyn, Chris and Ted. Doug will be remembered as a kind, thoughtful, fun-loving person by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Incredibly bright and always up for the challenge, there wasn’t a problem left unsolved or a battery left untested. Doug also had many passions, including his family cottage on Georgian Bay, the Toronto Maple Leafs, biking, and most of all, his family. He will be greatly missed, but will live on forever in our hearts and in our memories. If so desired, donations to the ALS Society of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
