Passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at the age of 64. Beloved husband of Bonnie for 40 wonderful years. Loving father of Jennifer (Wray), and Christopher (Leanne). Proud papa to Amy, Tyler, and Tayler, Michael, Sheldon and Jacob. Brother to Winifred, Norman and Diane. Doug will be sadly missed by many extended family and friends. Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home "Brampton Chapel" 52 Main Street South (Hwy 10), Brampton on Monday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. Cremation to follow. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Parkinson's Society of Canada would be appreciated.
