Suddenly on Friday, May 16, 2014 in his 85th year. Loving Husband of Mary Lynne (McIntosh) of 38 years. Beloved brother of William (Mary Squario), Maureen Dorinda (John Cruickshank), Gary (Susan) and brother-in-law to Rick McIntosh (Marianne). Treasured uncle of Jeff, Karen, Jo-Anne, Lisa, Jocelyn, Luke, Sara and Ian. Predeceased by his dear sister Brenda Karges. Douglas will be sorely missed by all whom he touched in his life.

Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home “Brampton Chapel”, 52 Main Street South (Hwy 10), Brampton on Friday, May 23, 2014 from 11am to 1pm
Service to follow in the chapel at 1pm
Interment on Saturday May 24, 2014 at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Cemetery 4391 Highway 93, Hillsdale, ON.
