DUNBAR, Douglas - (WWII Veteran) Passed away on Sunday, September 27, 2009 at the age of 84. Beloved husband of Pearl for 56 years. Cherished father of Robert (Christine) and Craig (Ann). Adoring 'Grandpa' and 'Pa' of Natalie, Alasdair, Stephanie, David and Lachie-Alex. Douglas will be lovingly remembered by all his extended family and friends. A Memorial Service to celebrate Douglas' life will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2009, 2:00 p.m. at Riverside Emery United Church, 2799 Weston Road, Weston with one hour of visiting prior. In lieu of flowers, the family would be grateful for a contribution to an engineering scholarship in Douglas' Memory at the University of Toronto. Please see below.
