Dorothy "Louise" Wilson

Passed away on March 18, 2014 at the West Oak Village, Oakville, at the age of 85. Loving and devoted wife of Ernest. Beloved mother of Craig, Patricia (Greg Mosher), Timothy (Pamela Wilkinson), Michelle, and James (Lisa Wright). Cherished Nan to Sarah Ann Wilson, Jennifer and Christopher Mosher, Cort and Cameron Wilson, Christine and Erin Wilson. Loving sister of Jean Snelgrove and Marion White. A graduate of St. Joseph’s Nursing School in 1950. A long time member of St. Cuthbert’s Anglican Church where she was an active member of the Ladies Auxillary. An avid gardener, rug hooker, knitter, bridge player and skier who will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 109 Reynolds Street, Oakville, on Friday, March 21st, from 2 – 4 p.m. and 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at St. Cuthbert’s Anglican Church, 1541 Oakhill Drive, Oakville, at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Parkinson Society Canada would be appreciated.
