Dorothy Bellamy

Born in Alliston, Ontario, on November 22, 1921, passed away peacefully at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital on Monday, January 6, 2014. Predeceased by her beloved husband Sidney Bellamy, daughter Joyce Middleton, her parents Minnie and William, and brothers Ross and Ken. “Gran” will be missed so dearly by her grandson Kevin Middleton (Kerri Lee), and great-grandchildren Aaron, Hunter, Emma, and Madelyn. She also leaves behind grandson Gordon Middleton, sisters-in-law Gladys Ott, Barbara Christie and Maisie Bellamy, as well as many extended family members, friends, and much loved nieces and nephews.
The family thanks the staff at OTMH for their care of Dorothy as well as staff and residents at Del Manor Retirement Residence where she resided for the past 6 years.
There will be a private family service in Alliston, Ontario, in the early spring. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
