Peacefully on February 22, 2018, at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, in her 91st year. Predeceased by her husband Gerard George Smith of Montreal, deceased 1981. Mother of Carolyn Doreen Ramos, nee Smith (Rui), and Derek George Smith , deceased 2013. Grandmother of Alexandra Victoria Smith Ramos. Loving wife of G. Clifford Johnston of Cowansville Quebec, predeceased 2009. Stepmother of Bruce Johnston (Karen) of Waterloo, ON, Jeffery Johnston (Donna) of Kearney ON, Margaret (Bradley) Russell of Waterloo ON, Craig Johnston (Sandy) of Pointe Claire Quebec.
