Fyles, Doreen Helen (longtime resident of York) in her 87th year. It is with heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved Mother, Nanny, and friend, on October 20, 2016. She has been reunited with her cherished late husband George. Proud mother of Gary (Susan) and Steven (Anita). Cherished Nanny of Michelle, Carly, Jonathan and Cassandra, and loving Great-Nanny ofTaiya and Brielle.She will be lovingly remembered by her many friends and family. Friends will be received at Ward's Funeral Home (2035 Weston Rd at Lawrence Ave) on Tuesday October 25, 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday at 11 am. Interment to follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens (1810 Albion Rd at Hwy 27). The family would like to express their warm appreciation to all the staff at Muskoka Shores in Gravenhurst. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made to the Alzheimer's or ALS Society.
