FEATHERSTONHAUGH, Doreen (nee Bendo) - Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at her home in Oakville on April 4, 2010. Survived by her beloved husband Ian of 41 years. Cherished mother to Deborah (Barry) Cooper, Antoinette (James) Moore, Theresa (David) Joyce, Thomas (Arlene) Orpen, Lauren Gagne (Kerry Purser), Lisa (Mike) Garvie, Maxine (Barbara Piatkowski) and Patricia (Christine Schlecht). Awesome Grandma to Steven, Jason, Kenny, Partha, Danielle, Willie, Gilbert, Jordan, Priya, Courtney, Gita, Marie, Nryan, Harrison and Jeremy and Great-Grandma of 5 and a half lovely great-grandchildren. Dear sister to Norma Jonescu, Rosa (Andy) Wheatley, Lou (Jean) Bendo, Vivian Bundgaard, Sandra Johnston, Peter (Kathleen) Gianinni and Anna Maria Gianinni. Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 'Oakville Chapel', 109 Reynolds Street, Oakville on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Doreen's life will be held on Wednesday, April 7, 2010 in the chapel at 2 p.m. Cremation to follow.
