Dean, Donna Leone (Stone)

Beloved wife of 61 years of William, treasured mother and best friend of Pamela (Peter) and Paula (Larry) and cherished grandmother to Alexander, James, Kristen and Kieran. Donna passed away peacefully and with a gentle spirit, surrounded by her family. Donna will always be remembered for her caring, sweet personality, her laughter and infectious sense of humor. She was a patient listener, confidante, friend and selfless caregiver. Donna was a member at St. Paul's United Church for over 50 years where she served as an Elder. She had a special way of befriending and welcoming people with a warm smile and thoughtful grace as they entered the church. She gave endless hours to rummage sales, Christmas Bazaars, Strawberry Suppers and visiting with members no longer able to attend. Donna was also a long time member of the Shopper's World Mall Walkers and faithfully attended Aquavit at Chris Gibson Recreation Centre. Our sincere and heartfelt thanks to the angels at CCAC for their care and support, particularly Janice Johnston and Amy Robinson. We were greatly blessed to have had the warmth of your love in our lives ....so difficult to let you go but we will always remember you with a smile and joy in our hearts. Friends and family will be received at Ward's Funeral Home, 52 Main Street, Brampton on Sunday February 9th from 7-9 and Monday February 10th 2-4 and 7-9. A funeral service will be held at St. Paul's United Church, 30 Main Street South, Brampton at 11 am Tuesday February 11th., with luncheon to follow.
