The family announces with sorrow his passing on Monday, May 25, 2015 after a wonderful life. He touched so many people with his humour, kindness and talents. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth Kathleen Ross (nee Irwin) (2007). Dear father of Donna (David), Robert (Sari) and Barrie (Linsey). Cherished grandfather of Jennifer, Mary, Ryan, Stephanie, Megan and Katelyn. Loving great grandfather of Emily, Jonathan, Ben, Timothy, Mckayla and Audrey. Sadly missed by his sister Betty and predeceased by his brothers Gordon, Earl, Kenny and his sisters Lillian, Eileen and Joan.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston on Wednesday May 27th from 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held at St. Philip's Anglican Church (25 St. Phillips Rd) Etobicoke on Thursday May 28th at 11:00 am. Interment to follow at St. Philip's Churchyard. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or charity of your choice would be appreciated.
