Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, July 28th,2015 at the age of 89. Devoted husband of Rosa of 56 wonderful years. Proud father of Jim (Toni), Maria (Fortunato Fazio) and Joe (Tiziana). Cherished Nonno of Domenic, Rosie, Pat, Jimmy Jr., Rosa, Adam, Ella, Cindy and Carly. Great grandfather to Amira. Domenic will be sadly missed by his many friends and family. “Forever missed and loved.”
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy. 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, 905-851-9100, on Thursday and Friday from 3-9pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Roch’s Church, 2889 Islington Ave., North York on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens.
