Domenico Bertucci
Passed away peacefully on Monday September 26, 2022 in his 100th year.
Devoted husband of the late Rosa. Proud father of Mary (the late Domenic Galati), Francesca (Nick Suppa) and Rosemary (Carl Rossi). Cherished Nonno of Mary (Pat), Pat (Franca), Frank (Graziella), Michael (Maria), Stephanie (Paolo), Jeffrey (Rosanna) and Paul (Alexa). Loving Bisnonno of Michael, Robert, Nicolas, Matthew, Olivia, Domenic, David, Grace, Peter, Francesca, Emma, Evie, Maya. He will be sadly missed by his many family and friends.
Domenico has been reunited with the love of his life Rosa. Domenico and Rosa grew up in the same town of Vallelonga, Italy.
Rosa and Domenico were married in 1947. Domenico wanted more for his family, and in 1953 he came to Canada with the hopes and dreams of a better life. In order to bring his young family to Canada, Domenico worked hard and in 1960 they were finally united. Domenico’s true love was his family, nothing would light up his face like his grand and great grandchildren.

Our family would like to thank the staff at Hospice Vaughan for their amazing care and compassion for our dear father, grand and great grandfather.
Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 4671 Hwy 7, Woodbridge on Saturday from 9 a.m till service time at 12 noon. Interment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
