Dimas Hermenegildo

Passed away peacefully, at Brampton Civic Hospital on Monday, April 18, 2022 at the age of 83. He was born in Sao Miquel Azores and came to Canada with his family in 1970. He was employed by IKO industries til he retired.Dimas had a passion for gardening and loved spending the summer with his family at the pool. Loving husband of Ilda. Beloved father of Mario (Irene), Octavio (Helena), Vic, and Nancy Pedro (Victor). Cherished grandfather of Kelly, Ashley, Krystle, Brenda, Leanne, Andrew, Scott, Makayla and Natasha. Lovingly remembered by 7 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by all his brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be held at the Ward Funeral Home (Brampton Chapel) 52 Main Street South, Brampton on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held from St. Anne's Roman Catholic Church 115 Vodden Street East, Brampton on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 10:30 am. Interment Assumption Catholic Cemetery
