Diana Borisenko

Diana Tonya Borisenko (nee Bellous) went home to be with her Lord on Thursday, May 30, 2019 in Toronto at the flourishing age of 96. Beloved wife of the late Alexander. Dear mother of Alexander (Mary) and Terence (Lynda). Fun-loving grandmother of Amanda (Thomas) Mehall, Marla (Vitaly) Darmantchev, Rachel (Daniel) Nasser, Cheryl Borisenko, Sarah Borisenko, Tabitha Borisenko and Nathan Borisenko. Cherished great grandmother of Noah, Nickolas, Jacob, Zachary, Lydia, Isabelle, Jade, Nathaniel, Elijah and Isaiah. Survived also by her sister Lillian Bellows and many nieces and nephews and their families. Predeceased by 7 brothers and 5 sisters. Diana loved singing and playing the organ. She faithfully served as church organist for over 50 years. Diana will be fondly remembered for her encouraging words and sense of humour that brightened many lives. Friends and family will be received at Ward Funeral Home (Weston) on Saturday, June 15 from 8:30-9:30 am with Funeral Service in the Chapel at 9:30 am. Interment at Sanctuary Park Cemetery to follow. Everyone is invited back to Ward Funeral Home following the burial for a Lunch Reception.
