He survived by his mother Pamela Monica Adams-Ottley in Canada, Siblings Ultris Ottley, Norman Ottley, Florencia Thibeault, Laurolyn Adams-Zhou, Clemencia Adams in Canada, Bolson Ottley in Tortola and Andrew Adams in St. Vincent and the Grenadines; Jack also known as Brother of Rose Hall (St. Vincent and the Grenadines) working at the Central Water and Sewage authority; children Dylan Ottley and Delphine Ottley of Barrouallie (St. Vincent and the Grenadines) and four grandchildren, Simoneike Delpesche, in the St. Vincent Royal police force, Brayden, Nayla, and Nevaeh reside in Canada.
