It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Densil Nicholas Prosper, 67, who passed away peacefully surrounded by his family and friends in Toronto, Ontario on the morning of January 28, 2020.
Densil is survived by his wife Rosaphine (Elsa), sons Devon and Tyrone, grandchildren Julissa and Jaheim, daughter-in-law Hazel, sister-in-law Brenda, parent Juanita, sisters Sandra and Patsy, brothers Dominic, Eric, Curtis, and Colville, and many nieces and nephews. Densil was a loving father, husband, and friend.
Densil was born to Juanita and Lewis Prosper on July 30th,1952 in Paradise, St. Andrews Grenada. He was always known as a quiet child growing up and throughout his life.
Densil had many passions, greatly known for his excellence in his school studies, he enjoyed playing the game of Cricket and Soccer. Friends and family resorted to Densil for help and guidance with their own finances as calculating numbers continued to be of great interest to him throughout his life.
Family was very important to Densil, he was an incredible father, both sons whom he had a great relationship looked up to him into adulthood. Densil valued his time spent with his grandchildren; playing, dancing, and watching videos of them.
Densil will be remembered by his family and friends for his positive energy and will be greatly missed by all.
A gathering of celebration will be held at the Learning Enrichment Foundation (LEF) shortly after the Cemetery. (116 Industry St. Toronto, ON)
