Passed away peacefully on Sunday February 28, 2016 at the age of 88. Devoted husband of Angela of 61 wonderful years. Proud father of Nick and Effie (Gus Anastasiou). Cherished Pappou of Anson, James, Nectarios, Jenicka, Mitch and Lucas. Adoured Big Pappou of Jordan, Brooklyn and Kyra. Demetrios will be sadly missed by many friends and family. “God rest his soul.”
Friends will be received at St. Nektarios Greek Orthodox Church 1223 Dovercourt Rd., Toronto on Monday from 6-9 p.m. A service will be conducted at church on Tuesday March 1st , 2016 at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Sanctuary Park Cemetery.
