Suddenly at home on July 30, 2010 in her 72nd year. Reunited with her beloved husband Luigino.
Predeceased by her mother Elizabeth and father Walter Brake. Loving mother of Steven, and Tracy (Trevor) Peroune. Nanny will be held dear in the hearts of her grandchildren, Victoria, Tylor, Christopher and Zackary.
Cherished sister of Abigail (Earl) Smith, Jean Buckle, Sandra Roberts, Donna (Don) Bouchard, Veronica (Michael) Walsh, Barbara Ann (Syd) Jones and Paula (Joel) MacRoberts.
Dear daughter-in-law of the late Antonio and Angela Condotta. Dear sister-in-law of Silvio (Fern), Aldo (Theresa), Ferucio (Donna), and Teresa (Giuseppe) Manzon.
She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 4671 Highway 7, Woodbridge, just west of Pine Valley Drive (905 851 9100) on Tuesday August 3, 2010 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Saint Benedict’s Church (2194 Kipling Avenue, Etobicoke) on Wednesday August 4, 2010 at 9:30am. Interment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
Special thanks to Dr. Leonard Kaizer, nurse Barb and all the other nurses and staff at the Peel Regional Cancer Centre at Credit Valley Hospital. Special thanks also to Dr. Wilma DeGroot and Mary.
