Della Cohen

COHEN, Della Faye - Of 40 Ontario Street, Milton, passed away peacefully at Milton District Hospital, Sunday, September 19, 2010 at the age of 82. Born May 17, 1928 in Harwich Twp., Kent County, Ontario. Della was the daughter of Phillip Gore and Edna Jinkerson, late of Chatham. She married Walter Charles Harper, late of Chatham and had one son. She later married Nathan Cohen, late (2004) of Milton. Predeceased by one brother Dexter Gore of Chatham and two sisters Bertha Moor of Chatham and Marie Jones of Essex. She is survived by her son Philip Wayne Harper of Cheltenham, grandson Scott Harper and wife Lisa of Dundalk, great-grandson Jesse James Harper Paquette of Kitchener, sisters Eva Noake of St. Thomas, Phyllis Andrushko of Elmvale, Ada Zayas Bazan of Orlando, Florida and brother Stanley Gore of Chatham. Also Surviving are many nieces, nephews and cousins, whom she often thought and spoke of dearly. Respecting her wishes there will be no funeral service.
