David Gordon Knott
November 9, 1955 – December 20, 2024
David passed away peacefully on December 20th with his loving Susan by his side. He is predeceased by his parents Elizabeth and Lloyd Knott. He will be greatly missed by his aunt Jean De Brynn, uncle Jerry De Brynn, as well as many cousins, extended family, and friends.
David was born in Chatham, Ontario. His family moved to Mississauga and then to Oakville but at 16 years old, David was compelled to move to Huntsville where he was an avid snowmobiler. He remained there until 2017 when he moved to Toronto. He loved exploring different areas of Ontario and especially enjoyed trips to Niagara Falls and Wasaga Beach. He liked discovering new restaurants on his travels and at home.
He enjoyed long walks, loved to shop, and was an amateur photographer. The move to Toronto sparked a newfound love of the Toronto Maple Leafs. Time with friends and family was most valuable to David.
A celebration of life will be planned for a later date. This page will be updated once the plans are finalized.
