David Bozzer

Passed away peacefully with his family by his side on May 21, 2014 at 85 years old. Loving husband of Liliana Bozzer (nee Del Greco) of 61 years. Beloved father of Diana and father-in-law of Frank. Loving grandfather of Alicia, Andrea and Nick. Brother of Maria and late Eduardo Bozzer. Brother-in-law of Adele and late John Campaner, Tony and Anita Del Greco, Mary and late Sam Giardino, Gabriella and Gino Salvador, Adriana and late Valerio Cecco, Virginia and late Secondo Ceolin. David will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home “Woodbridge Chapel”, 4671 Highway 7 Woodbridge, on Friday May 23 from 2-4 pm and 6-9 pm. Funeral mass will take place at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 8500 Islington Avenue Woodbridge, at 10:30 am.
David was born in Friuli, Italy and immigrated to Canada in 1951, where he met the love of his life, Liliana. They spent 61 wonderful years together. In 1958, David and Liliana welcomed their beautiful daughter, Diana into the world who immediately became “Daddy’s little girl”. His son-in-law, Frank, was like a son, a brother, and a best friend to him. David lived for his family, including his two beautiful granddaughters, Andrea and Alicia, and Andrea’s husband, Nick. David was man with many interests and hobbies, but his true love was that of fishing.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Southlake Regional Health Centre would be greatly appreciated by the family.
