Damiano Padovani

Surrounded by his family, Damiano passed into the arms of Jesus on January 5, 2014 at Humber River Regional Hospital, Toronto. Beloved husband and friend to Chiara Maria for 60 years. Dear father to Giuseppe “Joe” (Philippa Ann Carter), and Vincenzo “Vince” (Carla Marie Cariglia). Adored Nonno to Daniel William (Stephanie Flor), Chiara May, Benjamin Eric and Sophia Catherine. Beloved zio to numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, Giuseppe Padovani and Antonia Tataranni, and by his siblings, Angelo Ambrosechia, Nunziata Ambrosechia, Nicola Ambrosechia, Giuseppe Ambrosechia, Macolata Ambrosechia, Carmela Padovani, and Antonio Padovani. Survived by his siblings Maria Ambrosechia and Eustacchio Padovani. Family will receive friends and relatives at Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7, Woodbridge (west of Pine Valley Dr) on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, from 2-4pm & 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be held at Weston Road Pentecostal Church, 3350 Weston Road (south of Finch) on Saturday January 11th, 2014 at 10am. Entombment at Westminster Cemetery.
