Peacefully after a lengthy illness on Saturday January 11th, 2014 at Leisure World at the age of 85. Beloved husband of Sybil for 54 years. Loving father of Graham and his wife Francesca. He will be fondly remembered by family in Britain, Australia, and New Zealand. Colin worked for the Ontario Government retiring with over 30 years of service.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave) Weston, on Sunday January 19th, 2014 from 1 pm until the time of service in the chapel at 2 p.m .
Cremation has taken place.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or The Humane Society would be greatly appreciated.
