It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear brother Clive.
Clive was born to Arthur and Harriet Lawrance on August 17, 1950 in Hart LePool County Durham England.
He died peacefully and suddenly on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at 4:47 p.m. he was 73.
Clive was predeceased by Sam Decker his loving partner of many years.
Cherished brother of and brother in law of Brian Lawrance and Tina Nysson of Stayner (both predeceased),
Carole Lawrance and Paul Crosby of Nova Scotia, Christine Lawrance and Dan Thompson of Orillia, Dorothy Lawrance and Wayne Hepburn P.D. of Brampton, Hans Berger (predeceased by June Lawrance), Susan Lawrance (predeceased by Stan Barret), Victoria Lawrance of Brampton.
Remembered by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Clive was the favourite uncle of Raymond Taylor of Florida. Raymond will surely miss his best friend.
Clives beloved cat Maggie May and best friend of 15 plus years also passed away the same day as Clive.
Clive was the postmaster in Acton Post Office where he worked until his retirement.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Ward Funeral Home (Brampton Chapel) 52 Main Street, South Brampton on Saturday, January 27, 2024 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Colon Cancer Society would be appreciated.
