In loving memory of Christopher James Gallant, who passed away on December 11, 2023 at the age of 54 years, after bravely facing the challenges that followed a stroke in late October 2023.

He is predeceased by his beloved parents, Renate and Gary Gallant. Cherished nephew of Louis Gallant (Sharon), Sheila McKinnion (Raymond), Lloyd Gallant (Marylin), Rose McNally (Patrick), Wayne Wedge (Cindy), Sharon Lynch (Adrian) and Bernice Howes. Loved cousin of Christine Stanzlik (David Elliot), Shelley Stanzlik, Lisa Petersen (Rod). Dear friend to Brett and Barbara Noye, of whom we are so grateful for their love and support to Chris during his last days. He will be remembered by his many friends and extended family in Ontario and Prince Edward Island. A longtime and dedicated employee of the Royal Bank of Canada, he will be missed by his professional colleagues and friends.

Chris was an absolutely devoted son to his late parents. His memory will be forever etched in the hearts of family and friends. Chris leaves behind a legacy of kindness, humour and generosity that has left a lasting impression on all who knew him.

A memorial service, to honour Chris’s life, will take place on Saturday January 6, 2024 at Ward Funeral Home 52 Main St. South, Brampton, Ontario L6W 2C5, visitation at 12 noon, service at 1pm. Reception to follow at the Peel Art Gallery, Museum and Archives located at 9 Wellington St. Brampton, Ontario L6W 1Y1 (next door to Ward Funeral Home)
