Passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at the Credit Valley Hospital with family by her side.
Beloved mother of Simon (Natalie), Paul (Nancy), and Jonathan (Tania). Cherished Nana to Jack and Emma. Loving sister to Phillip Smith.
Predeceased by her parents Jack and Phyllis Smith.
A Celebration of Christine's Life will be held on her birthday April 10th from 5:30 - 9pm at the Ward Funeral Home, 109 Reynolds Street, Oakville.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Credit Valley Hospital Oncology Department would be appreciated.
