Christina Alice May Savoy (nee Connors)
May 17, 1941 – May 8, 2016
Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving and caring family at the Juravinski Cancer Center, Hamilton, Ontario. She will be deeply missed by her beloved husband of 55 years, Wilbert Savoy, by her loving children, Darlene, Tammy (Jim), Marty (Julia), and Rodney (Maggie), also by her precious and greatly loved grandchildren Sarah, Karissa, Mason, Connor, Curran, Taylor, Parker and Dillon. Cherished sister to Sylvia, Carole, Amber and Ralph. She was a loving friend, aunt, cousin, godmother, sister, grandmother, mother, and wife. A Visitation will be held on Sunday May 15, 2016 at Ward Funeral Home, 109 Reynolds Street, Oakville, Ontario, from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at Walton Memorial United Church, 2489 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville, Ontario, on Monday May 16, 2016 at 11 a.m. Interment will be held following the Service at White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Donations to The Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Center Foundation would be appreciated.
