Chiara Maria peacefully went home to be with the Lord on September 8, 2021 at Humber River Regional Hospital, Toronto. Dear mother to Giuseppe “Joe” (Philippa Ann Carter), and Vincenzo “Vince” (Carla Marie Cariglia). Adored Nonna to Daniel William (Stephanie Flor), Chiara May (Bruno Nicolás Dobrusin), Benjamin Eric (Vanessa Mendonca) and Sophia Catherine. Cherished Bisnonna to Joseph William, Gabriella Ann, Julia Claire, Amelia Miriam, Charlotte Ann and Noah Philip. Beloved Zia to numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Damiano Padovani, by her parents, Eustachio Paterino and Veneranda Stella and by her siblings, Felice Locantore, Rosina Madio, Giuliano Paterino, Emmanuele Paterino, Anna Duni and Immacolata Galessiere. Survived by her sister, Nunziata Manicone. Family will receive friends and relatives at Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7, Woodbridge (west of Pine Valley Drive) 2 – 4 pm and 6 – 9 pm on Wednesday September 15, and on Thursday September 16. A Funeral Service will be held at Weston Road Pentecostal Church, 3350 Weston Road (south of Finch) on Friday September 17 at 11:00 am. Entombment to follow at Westminster Cemetery.
