Cesarino Burbello passed away peacefully at his home in Kleinburg on Monday, May 30th 2022, at the age of 91.
Cesarino was born in Onara, Italy on January 6, 1931, to Attilio & Speranza and oldest of 7 siblings, Rino (Maria), Mario (Arminia), Rita (Giuseppe), Perina (Silvio), Aldo (Nicoletta), Oreste. They didn’t grow up with much and at the age of 23 years old, he travelled to Canada in search of a new opportunities. Within a few years, he established himself as a well-crafted stucco man and specialized in hand made plaster mouldings. When he decided to go back home for a visit, he met the love of his life, Giuliana Miatello and got married on September 16th, 1961. They came to Toronto and soon after gave birth to their daughters Speranza, Barbara, and Vanda. In 1971, they moved to a home in Kleinburg and established a new life in the country. Still working as a plaster man, he decided to become an entrepreneur and in 1979 he opened his company named “Caesar Plaster”. He soon became well known and respected by his clients and peers for his artistry work. The family grew to include 3 son-in-laws named Carmen, Ennio, and Peter.
Cesarino & Giuliana were blessed to have 8 grandchildren named Jonathan, Caesar, Clarissa, Veronica, Davide, Kayla, Julian and Stefano. The family enjoyed so much time together often finding themselves celebrating life and occasions at the Kleinburg family home. His passions included making wine, grappa, gardening, chopping wood, mowing the lawn, riding in his golf cart, watching soccer, listening to Luciano Pavarotti and spending time with his family. Cesarino loved, laughed, and worked hard his entire life and he instilled that in his children and grandchildren. His ability to continue to work hard was evident throughout his years. Even at 91 years old he continued to be young at heart always with a task at hand.
He made so many connections with people throughout his life; all because he was genuine and kind-hearted. Anyone who met him would immediately gravitate toward him. He will be forever missed by family and friends from all over the world who enjoyed spending time with him.\
