Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Monday February 17th, 2014 at the age of 4. Spirited son of Craig and Jennifer. Cherished brother of Claire. Loving grandson of Paul and Lorraine Hansen and the late Kenneth and Sharon Smith. Fond nephew of Glenn and Lisa Smith, and Richard and Sonia Smith. Cousin of Kenny, Evelyn and Tommy Smith and Kiran, Roshan and Raina Smith.

Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 4671 Hwy #7., Woodbridge (Just west of Pinevalley Dr.) on Thursday from 5-8 p.m. A memorial service will be held on Friday, February the 21, 2014 at 1 p.m. in the Ward Chapel. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation, Sick Kids Foundation and Three To Be or The Mikey Network would be appreciated by the family.
