PEREIRA, Carol Anne (nee McInerney) - Passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 14, 2009 surrounded by her loving family, after a lengthy battle with cancer at Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga. Beloved wife of Chris. Proud mother of Ryan and his wife Jennifer, John-Paul and his girlfriend Victoria Wahn and Jennifer and her partner Jeff Capener. Cherished Nanna of Joshua, Emily and Riley. Dear sister of Joan Whittaker, Linda and her husband Robin Pereira and Mary Flint; sister-in-law of Glen and his wife Mila Pereira and Sandra and her husband Jean-Paul Rheault. Survived by her aunt Mary O'Connell. Carol will be sadly missed by her niece Christine and nephews Jamie and Kevin 'boyfriend' and many other nieces, nephews, cousins and a wide circle of friends including her very special 'Card Group' Ladies. Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 'Brampton Chapel', 52 Main Street South (Hwy. 10), Brampton on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at St. John of the Cross Church (6890 Glen Erin Drive, Mississauga) at 1:30 p.m. Interment to follow at Assumption Catholic Cemetery.
