Carl Dacosta Downes

Carl Downes is survived by his wife Inez, his two sons Garnet and Gary, his daughter Patricia, his daughter in laws, Patrice Thompson and Christine Pinnock, ten grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, and countless friends to mourn his loss.
