Peacefully at home in Brampton on August 19, 2014 with family at his side. Loving husband and deeply missed by his wife Berry Cecconet. Dear father of Christie (Matt) Girdler. Cherished grandfather of Evan and Kendra. Beloved brother of Orpah Payne (Fred Fisher) and Lynda (Glenn) Westland and uncle of Jaclyn.
Dear cousin of Sandra Payne-Edmonds. Life long friend of Paul Breen.
Will be sadly missed by family, friends, neighbours and his dog Puppet. Special thanks to neighbours Sharon & Ian Morrisson

Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home “Brampton Chapel”, 52 Main Street South (Hwy 10), Brampton on Friday August 22, 2014 from 6-9 pm.
A Celebration of Billy’s life will be held on Saturday August 23, 2014 in the chapel at 10 am.
