Peacefully on Friday January 6th, 2017 at the age of 94. Beloved mother of Peter (Jean), Janet McShane (Danny), and Susanne DeSantis. Cherished grandma of Aaron (Jacinthe), Carolyn, Jenny, Daniel (Nadia), and Kristy (Jeff). Doting great-grandmother of Matthias, Elisabeth, Matteo, Leah, and Logan. Predeceased by her former husband David. Betty will be fondly remembered by her niece Laura, nephew Harold, and by her family and friends. Betty was a long time member of Westminster United Church, Weston.

Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave) Weston, on Friday January 13, 2017 from 11:30am until the time of service in the chapel at 1pm. A private interment will take place.
