Mother Bernice Taylor passed away peacefully at Mackenzie Health Richmond Hill Hospital on March 18, 2016 at 9:43 p.m., with her family and friends by her side.
Bernice was diagnosed with cancer 10 months and 'fought a good fight'. Now she resting in paradise with her beloved husband Rev. Lloyd C. Taylor and Mother Geslyn Daley.
Bernice was born in Kitson Town, St. Catherines, Jamaica and migrated to Birmingham, England in 1957. She married her love, Lloyd C. Taylor on September 11, 1963 at Gibson Road Church in Birmingham and migrated to Toronto, Ontario in May 1971. She is survived by her five children: Anthony, Kevin, Erwin, Judith and John and 12 Grandchildren.
She was loved and regarded as "Mother Taylor" or" Sister B" by her church family at Faith United Apostolic Church.
On behalf of the Taylor and extended family, we thank everyone for their prayers, well wishes, encouragement, and visits as she battled cancer.
Visitation will be on Thursday, March 31st at 6:00 p.m. and Funeral Service will be on Saturday, April 2nd at 10:00 a.m.
