Barbara Aileen Worrall (Pryor)

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of (Barbara) Aileen Worrall in the Etobicoke General Hospital on January 15, 2025 at the age of 98. Aileen was predeceased by her husband and love of her life for 73 years, Robert Worrall. Aileen is survived by her daughter Barbara Worrall (David), her sister Lois Thompson, her nephews Michael Thompson (Leslee), Ian Thompson (Torre), great-nephew Spencer, and great niece Charlotte.  

Aileen was a member of the Chancel Guild of the St. Wilfred's Anglican Church and strong in her faith. She was an avid reader and loved to watch English mysteries and soaps. She enjoyed playing lawn bowling when she was younger and followed tennis avidly. Aileen enjoyed traveling with Robert to Great Britain, Continental Europe and the US. 

The family wishes to thank the nurses and doctors who took such good care of Aileen when she was in the hospital as well as the after care of The Ward Funeral Home. Cremation has taken place; a service will be held in the spring. 

Aileen will be greatly missed as she was loved by her family and friends. Aileen finally will be reunited with Robert, which is what she always wanted. God bless you Mom.
