NIXON, Audrey

Passed peacefully at home in her 96th year on Tuesday May 16, 2017. Loving mother of Bob, Dan, Maureen, Kelly, Janet and Ted. Audrey was predeceased by her husband Ted and daughter Susan. Audrey also leaves a legacy of love through her grandchildren Trent and Sandra, Kevin and Nadine, Clarke and Nicky, Kyle and Danielle, Brad and Christina, Becky and Jamie. Audrey’s cherished great grandchildren are Megan, Madison, Michael, Olivia, Josh, Sam and Suzie. We all carry with us Audrey’s lesson of taking a happy and positive attitude towards life and her example of love, kindness and strength. Audrey was a truly amazing woman who lived a full and rewarding life. We will always celebrate her in our memories and hearts. A private family service was held at Ward Funeral Home in Brampton. If desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, The Salvation Army or charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
