Peacefully in her sleep on October 10, 2013 at the age of 79. Cherished wife of 62 years with Thomas. Beloved mother of Michele (Nick). Predeceased by son Thomas. Cherished grandmother of Caroline, Julia, Lindsay and Thomas (TJ). Sadly missed by her brothers Fred (Diane), Bill (Pat), Terry, Steven and Richard. Predeceased by siblings Ethel and Diane. The family will receive friends at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W) Weston on Tuesday October 15th from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Celebration of her life will take place in the Ward Chapel on Wednesday October 16th at 1:00pm . Intement Prospect Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 31 Poppy Fund or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
