HAZLEWOOD, Audrey Jean (nee White) - Audrey passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2009 at Bay Medical Hospital, Panama City, Florida. Beloved wife of John for 58 years. Loving mother of Doug (Linda), Deborah (Geoff Hotson) and Don (Angela). Cherished grandmother of Jonah (Kat), Aaron, Sarah (Shannon Rice), Matthew and Mark (Jessica). A Celebration of Audrey's Life will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2009 at 2 p.m. at Islington United Church (25 Burnhamthorpe Rd., Islington, Ontario). Knowing Audrey, memorial donations made in her name to volunteers of Kipling Acres Long-Term Care (2233 Kipling Ave., Toronto, ON M9W 4L3) would be greatly appreciated.
