Passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness on Saturday March 22nd, 2014 at Villa Colombo at the age of 86. Beloved husband of the late Antonietta. Devoted father of Elizabeth Montisano (Fernando), Saverina Profiti (Tony), Alba Peddle (Colin) and Cecilia Lloyd (Bryan). Cherished Nonno to 10 grandchildren and bisnonno to 5 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Joe Sgro (Kathy).
Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy. 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, 905-851-9100, on Sunday from 4-7 p.m. and Monday, from 2-4 & 7-9pm.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday March 25th, 2014 at St. Roch’s Roman Catholic Church 2889 Islington Ave Toronto
at 10 a.m. Entombment to follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens.
