Antonio D'Alessandro

Antonio (Tony) D’Alessandro, 84, was born on November 10, 1939 in Fossalto, Campobasso, Italy. He was called back to God on Monday August 12, 2024, surrounded by his family.

Tony is predeceased by his loving wife, Immacolata. Beloved father to Giuseppe (Sandra), Giovanni (Francesca), and Teresa (John). Proud nonno to Nicole (Marko), Danielle (Adam), Adam, Giulia, Alyssa, Grace, and Trevor, and proud bisnonno to Justina.  Brother to Concetta († Mariannino), Tony is reunited in heaven with his sister Nina (Alessandro) and his parents, Teresa and Giuseppe.

From his roots in Fossalto, Italy to establishing a new life and career in Toronto, Canada, Tony’s journey is a testament to his hard work and perseverance. Our family is grateful to have been in his company during his final days, sharing memories and stories of the life he built and the family he created. Tony was a strong, hardworking, and joyful presence in our lives, always finding time for a lively game of Scopa or looking for ways to make his grandchildren laugh. Though we will miss him deeply, we find comfort knowing he is at peace and reunited with his loved ones in heaven.
