Antonino Aguanno

Antonino Aguanno passed peacefully at Villa Gambin on July 15th 2018 at the age of 100. Born in Vita Italy, January 28th 1918, raised with 3 sisters and 2 brothers. Served his country in WWII and moved to Canada after the war where he met and married a hometown girl and raised 2 sons in Toronto. Antonino was a beloved husband to Caterina ( 2004 ), devoted father to Sebastian (Susan) and George (Pam). Loving Nonno to Derek (Montserrat), Christine (Eric), Andrew (Aarthy), Laura and Michael (Kim). Doting Great-Nonno to Jonathan and Megan and also extended family. Antonino enjoyed his last few years at Villa Gambin where he made many new friends, and was the spokesperson for his floor. He enjoyed many visits with family and friends. Truly loved and honoured by all.
