ADDISON, Annie
Peacefully on Monday June 8, 2015 at the age 82.
Beloved wife of the late Tom. Loving mother of Heather Donnelly (Edward), Pam Broadbridge (James), Glenn, Connie Lanzara (Fulvio), and Anne Tsoukalas (Harry), and the late Elish. Cherished grandma of Donald, Janessa, Jennifer (Rob), Patrick, Andrew, Kyle, Jemma, and Shannon. Great-grandma of Elliott. Fondly remembered by her brother Bill Graham and by her sister Hilda. Annie will be greatly missed by her nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave) Weston, on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9pm. A service will be held in the chapel on Thursday June 11, 2015 at 1pm.
Interment to follow at Sanctuary Park Cemetery.
